Profile and Password
When you are logged in to GSKSource.com, you can manage your profile information by clicking on the Manage Profile link at the top of the page. There you can do the following:
- Update your address
- Update your email address
- Change your password
- Update your security question and answer
Please keep your email address up to date as this is our primary point of contact regarding your account.
Your Security Question/Answer is used to request a password reset without the need to call the GSK Response Center. It serves as an additional level of verification allowing you to complete a self-service password reset request.
Password Reset
In the event that you have forgotten your log in credentials, you may request a password reset by calling the GSK Response Center at 1-888-593-5977, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm ET, or by answering your Security Question via the Forgot username or password link on the GSKSource.com home page.
Once the password reset is sent, you will receive 2 emails. One will contain your user name, and the other will include a one-time password. To create a new password, please follow the following steps:
- Click on the link in the one-time password email.
- Copy and paste the temporary password into the box provided. Please note this temporary password is available for 24 hours. It may only be used one time with the link in the email - your new password is created in the next step.
- Create a new password by entering your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
- Click Submit.
- Go to GSKSource.com and log in with your user name and newly created password.

A Windows or Apple computer with a 128-bit enabled browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8 or higher
- Mozilla Firefox version 14 or higher
- Google Chrome version 20 or higher
- Apple Safari version 5 or higher
While earlier versions of these browsers may work, we recommend you use the browsers listed above.
GSKSource.com can also be viewed using tablet devices and smart phones, but the site is not currently optimized for these platforms.
Software
